Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Beacon Burn Technologies (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Engagement and Communication

  • All projects are undertaken based on agreed deliverables.

  • Clients are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and timely communication throughout the engagement.

  • Abuse, misbehavior, or threats toward our team in any form will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

3. Change Requests

  • Once the scope is finalized and the project begins, any further changes requested will be considered as “out-of-scope” and may attract additional charges.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline such requests based on impact to cost, timeline, or team bandwidth.

  • Repeated unnecessary or non-constructive changes may result in project termination.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are to be made in advance or as per mutually agreed milestones.

  • Invoices must be cleared within the stipulated timeframe.

  • Delay or failure in payment can lead to work stoppage or legal action.

  • For split-payment projects, final handover and deployment will occur only after the complete payment is received.

5. Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately and without further notice under the following conditions:

  • The client fails to maintain basic professional communication etiquette.

  • There are excessive, irrational, or constant change requests beyond agreed scope.

  • Payment is delayed, denied, or manipulated after delivery.

  • The client shows signs of abusive or dishonest conduct.

In such cases, all work will cease, and any funds paid in advance will be non-refundable. We may also pursue legal action if necessary.

6. Ownership and Handover

  • All intellectual property (code, design, content) will belong to the client only after full and final payment.

  • Until the project is paid in full, we retain rights to all assets developed.

7. Confidentiality

  • We commit to maintaining confidentiality of your data, ideas, and project-related information.

  • Similarly, we expect clients to refrain from disclosing our pricing models, internal workflows, or strategies.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any damages caused due to client-side third-party plugin integration, mismanagement of live environments, or changes made after handover.
